This unit comes with a dual light pipe featuring self-supporting, chrome plated sheathing for variable, accurate positioning. Each pipe leg measures 18” (45.7cm) long. | 150 watt (3200°K) light source provides uniform illumination of focused white light for a wide variety of applications. Lamp life 200 hours. Low noise and vibration. The front mounted output aperture permits adding a filter holder to be used with the complete chromatic range of Schott glass filters. The intensity control allows fine adjustment of the intensity and increase lamp life by reducing the initial current surge when the illuminator is activated. A low cost light source ideal for school applications. Flexible and easy to use with one simple on/off switch. ECO-20 features 20 watts of fiber optic illumination. Heavy duty, all metal, convection cooled design is ideal for equipment lighting. A high value/low cost addition to most microscopes and allows topographical viewing of subjects, from minerals to insects, that cannot be transilluminated. Transillumination is also improved with this bright, positional light. The ECO-20 features a long life 20W halogen bulb and sturdy construction at a reasonable cost. Choice of single or bifurcated light guide (not included) listed at right. Power 110/120VAC 50/60HZ. Lamp life is approximately 2,000 hours. Lamp power is 12V, 20W. Cool temperature is 3100K. | ECO-150 : ECO-150 - Fiberoptic Light Source |

With 180 watts, more light is available and the ECO-150 has the extra power for those times when more light could make the difference. The red zone on the dial shows the user when they are sacrificing bulb life for intensity. The clean, low profile, compact design fits into tight places. Units may even be stacked for multiple light source applications. A proven rheostat provides smooth intensity control. A separate on/off switch allows the user to maintain the light setting when the unit is turned off and on. With the variable fan speed the bulb maintains the halogen effect at low light settings for extended bulb life yet stays cool at higher settings. Universal adapters accommodates most light guides. One light source can serve many different functions simply by switching adapters, which are readily available. Circuit breaker equipped with electrical and thermal protection without obscure fuses to find or replace. A push of a button resets the power in the event of an electrical or thermal overload. Choice of single, bifurcated or annular light guide (not included) listed at right. Dimensions: 7 1/4” W x 8 1/4” L x 3 1/2” H. Rated color temperature,3250K. Made in America.
