Ask a Question

Now with detachable 8" tablet, the BTW1-420LED offers the convenience and versatility of viewing a large picture at 10x magnification, then zooming continuously all the way to close-up detail at 40x magnification. Upright, unreversed 3-dimensional image remains in focus throughout zoom range. Optional eyepieces and auxiliary objectives expand magnification range and working distances. Trinocular port accepts video or SLR adapters (included).

Features top light with directional beam, bottom light with cool, long-life LED illumination.

Like the Moticam X3, this WiFi digital tablet transmits live images to iOS or Android devices. Use it as a conventional microscope or share live images with colleagues using WiFi tablets, wireless laptops, and wireless devices. Tablet includes preloaded Motic apps.

    Questions & Answers

    Ask a Question
    • I have a question about the NATIONAL BTW1 DIGITAL TRINOCULAR STEREO WITH MOTICAM 8" WIFI TABLET. For the base the microscope comes with, is it possible for it to be placed on to a larger base with a larger working area? If this is possible, would it be an additional purchase or would they be switched out?

Thank you for visiting! This type of question is best answered by Mike Benz, our microscope technician. He could tell you if it's possible to switch bases, and then let you know if there is a reconditioned option available or provide a quote for a new instrument with your specifications. Please inquire at (I would forward your message, but he wouldn't be able to respond to you directly with this format.) We look forward to helping you further!
