ILLUMINATION (L)

High intensity, low voltage, in-base halogen illumination (6V/20W) with built-in blue filter, and variable transformer/regulator to effectively present the best compatible light intensity. 

STAGE (SA, GA)

(SA) Simple stage with stage clips, or (GA) graduated mechanical stage onto simple stage (GA).

Both have co-axil focus knobs with cam-gear-lever mechanism for precise movement, which gives you rapid and smooth coarse/fine focusing action.  Rack and pinion focusable substage, N.A. 1.25 Abbe condenser and iris diaphragm.

NOSEPIECE (Q)

Quadruple revolving nosepiece with ball-bearing action provides the easiest possible rotation of the achromatic 4x, 10x, 45x, 100x objectives. Infinity corrected, achieving flatness of field, color correction and superior definition.  Hardened steel ball and detent clip assure proper click-stop centration of each objective on the optical axis.

HEAD (150M, 150B)

Eyepieces are (W) 10X Wide Field, one with pointer. Rotating head with thumb screw to lock it into position. Head, base and stage constructed of very sturdy and durable metal. Available in (150M) monocular and (150B) binocular models.
