Excellent case at a great price. It fits my Labomed Trinocular CXL microscope, even with its broad base. I feel comfortable using it for travel in a car. It has a semi-rigid frame, good padding and interior straps. The exterior looks nice with a quality zipper and sturdy straps for carrying by hand.

This microscope case is perfect, wasn't sure if my Amscope would fit, but it turns out it fit perfectly. I am very pleased with this microscope bag.

Good fit for an Amscope t490. I like that the handles on this case extend down the side rather than being sewn only to the top panel. This seems like a better design than others.

It works fairly well. The inner stiffener is slightly larger than I expected and only just fits inside the bag/case once zipped. Additionally, there is nothing in the case to fasten the stiffener to, so, lets say it doesn't overwhelm we with a sense of security. Nevertheless, I have a stereo microscope and a high powered bacteriology model and I've got one of these for each of them. They come with two securing straps which do a good job of lashing down the scopes. You can't see it in the photos, but they also have a few elastic topped pockets in the front for storing extra items. All in all, not bad, but the padded stiffener should be able to be fastened semi-permanently to the liner. A bit of a design flaw.

Would like to have the door open to the side other than that looks and works fine.

Fine design, takes a trinocular scope with ample room at the top for the rather tall head. The inside is rigid to protect, and the outside is a maybe nylon heavy fabric, closed with a heavy duty zipper. There are restraining straps to gently hold the scope in transit. Some say that the two pockets are too small to take many accessories. They'll take a small bottle of immersion oil and an eyepiece pair, but that's about it. My fix for this is to put the power supply for the light, eyepieces and anything else in a small cloth bag and place it beside the scope inside the case. Two strong carrying straps go around the sides of the case to provide safe support even for a heavy microscope. Love this case as it allows me a safe place to keep the scope when not in use; modern plastic covers really are not adequate for more than dust. The same case gives me peace of mind when I need to transport the instrument. While it is not intended as a high-security protector, the double zipper can easy be linked with a simple padlock to deter the casually inquisitive. A good buy!

Just right for my Olympus BH2 microscope for storage and transport. It could be a bit sturdier, but works great for me. This must have been a returned item, because I found an AC adaptor in one of the pockets. Wish I could return it to the owner. I doubt that Amazon would want me to mail the adaptor to them.

This case is actually sturdier than I expected and the pockets are great. Quality good. Overall a perfect fit for our Accu Scope. Great for homeschoolers

This is a MOSTLY excellent product. The fit was perfect for my Celestron CB2000C microscope; there was plenty of room for extras like my scope camera and light source's power cord. The inner shell and outer cover are made of fairly thick rip-stop nylon; this is in turn stiffened by hard, semi-flexible inserts that add solid protection along all six sides of the container. The fabric, stitching and carrying straps are VERY strong and put together well. The zipper closure is VERY heavy-duty and is sewn in place with strong thread. There were only two negatives (very minor, at that): (1) The handle for the scope's adjustable stage sticks out just enough that it touches the side wall of the container, which means I won't be laying the case on that side for fear of bending the handle; and (2) the two interior straps with Velcro fasteners are both sewn side-by-side into the lowest part of the container in such a way that only one of the straps actually firmly holds the scope in place, the other strap being mostly superfluous. These are NOT deal-breakers. I believe this container will fit (and provide good protection for) most scopes sold on Amazon. I am glad I invested in this product.

I is well made and fits my microscope well. It is light and easy to use.

Does the job.

This is a good case for the money. The securing straps are connected to the back inside of the case itself; their connection to the case feels pretty secure. There is a stiffener that is free-floating inside the case; it is something like padded cardboard covered with nylon, formed into a 3-D rectangle with open top and bottom. It can just slide into and out of the case. There are a couple of small-ish pockets inside the case "door" that can hold extra accessories. Those pockets could be larger. The zipper seems relatively heavy duty. This is a bigger case than I need for my stereoscope, but everything fits in there securely and just fine.

The picture does not do this case justice! It's beautiful and much more sturdy than I had anticipated! Well worth the money!!! Great deal!!

If you spend the money on a microscope I would recommend using this case. It is made well and will serve its purpose well.
