RETURNS and REFUNDS
*Certain items are exempt from returns or refunds:
Replacement bulbs/ lamps
"Final Sale" items
Items damaged after purchase
Items with missing parts or missing documentation
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for any reason.
Warranty issues are not considered returns and will be handled separately on a case by case basis. Warranty returns and/or replacements will not incur any additional shipping fees.
Damaged or defective items* may be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Benz Microscope. In such cases, either a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made for the full order amount. Return of the item may be required for quality control reasons at the expense of Benz Microscope.
Returns for any other reason* will be accepted and provided a prepaid return label for your convenience. The shipping cost and return label cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received a full refund of the item price is in order as long as the item is returned in as-new condition. Any lesser condition will result in a 20-50% restocking fee. If you have any questions please contact us prior to returning your item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted. Restocking fees apply to, but are not limited to:
- Special Order Items
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Software that has been opened
- Missing or damaged packaging, manuals, instructions, etc.
Before you send it back you must contact us for authorization, to be eligible for a refund. We will be happy to provide a prepaid mailing label for your convenience. Please note that, based on your return information, the cost for the return label may be deducted from your refund.
