Return Policy

Unhappy with your purchase? Just let us know. Your business is important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied!


Certain items are exempt from returns or refunds:
     Repair parts
     Replacement bulbs/ lamps
     "Final Sale" items
     Items damaged after purchase 
     Items with missing parts or documentation

You have 30 days to return your items for any reason. After 30 days, we will consider your return request on a case by case basis. Warranty issues are not considered returns and will be handled separately. Warranty replacements will not incur any additional shipping fees.

Damaged or defective items may be refunded or replaced at the discresion of Benz Microscope. In such cases, either a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made for the full order amount. Return of the item may be required for qualtiy control reasons.

Returns for any other reason may not be elidgible for shipping refunds, however, a full refund of the item price is in order as long as the item is returned in as-new condition. Any lesser condition will result in a 20-50% restocking fee.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Examples include, but are not limited to:
     Books with obvious signs of use
     Software that has been opened
     Any item not in original condition, including packaging, manuals, instructions, etc.
     Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Before you send it back you must contact us for authorization, to be eligible for a refund. Simply email or call with the order number and the reason for your request. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging, include all parts and instructions, and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

Please reuse the original shipping box. We will provide a prepaid shipping label with tracking for your convenience. Please note that, based on your return information, the cost for the return label may be deducted from your refund. We will not be responsible for returns that don't make it to our door.

When we receive your return we will inspect and confirm the details of your request. We will, then, notify you by email with the status of your refund.
