Most stock items are processed within 1 business day. Current lead times for items not in stock will be provided promptly. If you have an urgent need, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. Microscopes and other equipment may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. All hazzardous chemicals must ship ground. 

To Ship:

FREE USPS Ground Advantage Shipping for all orders over $65. Discount will apply automatically at check-out. Expedited shipping options willl be shown as at check-out, so you will have the opportuniity to choose a method that meets your needs. However, only ground transporatation is offered for free via the lesser of USPS Ground Advantage or UPS.

Canadian shipments are excluded from the free shipping offer. Express services and Canadian rates are subject to change, based on actual package weight, dimensions, and carrier surcharges. Customs and duty fees may apply upon delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to understand carrier charges and other fees at the border crossing. 

All chemicals must ship ground, regardless of address. Because of this, we are unable to ship chemicals to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or certain APO/FPO locations. We reserve the right to upgrade the method of shipping at our expense, without notification. Some carrier restrictions may apply for items of value, or classified as hazzardous. 

To Pick-up:

Choose PICK UP at check-out if you are local and would like to pick up your order at our Manchester, Michigan shop. We will notify you when the order will is ready, usually within 1 business day. Orders will be held for 3 business days before the items are returned to stock, if not picked up.

Canadian Orders:

Canadian orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS International. Shipping fees will be estimated for you at check out, where you can choose the carrier you prefer. Any difference between the actual cost and amount estimated will be refunded, or collected, so that you never pay more than you should. Please note: All chemicals MUST ship using FedEx or UPS ground service. Appropriate customs paperwork will be provided, however broker fees are subject to carrier policies, and the responsibility of the buyer. Benz Microscope will not be liable for any additional customs or transportation fees once the item is tendered to the carreir.
