Hand Poured Scientific Beaker Candle. Beautiful, soft, soy wax poured in-house, inside an actual laboratory glass beaker. A wonderfully unique candle that is great for giving, and even better to receive. Once the candle is gone, the beaker is reusable in the chemistry lab, the kitchen, or in your home decor. The beaker is made of borosilicate glass, with even walls and a beaded rim, making it resistant to thermal shock. 400mL capacity, 13.5 oz. SKU BKC-P

Our natural, plant based wax is FDA-approved and Kosher-certified. It burns long and clean, with little soot, smoke, or afterburn, which occurs with parafin waxes. Cotton braided wick curls as it burns, and trims itself in the flame. After the candle is gone, simply freeze the beaker for 20 minutes, and the remaining wax at the bottom will pop right out, the wick along with it. Wipe residual wax with a paper towel, and wash with soap and water. Your laboratory beaker is now safe for food or drink use, if you choose. Microwave and dishwasher safe, too. 

PLEASE NOTE: Because this wax is a natural substance, irregularities in color and smoothness (frosting) may occur and does not at all effect the performance of the candle. This effect is often sought after as proof that the product is created with natural soy wax.

APPLE CIDER: A festive blend of juicy apple and sparkling citrus infused with cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Top notes: juicy apple, sparkling citrus.  Middle notes: cinnamon, clove, mimosa flower. Bottom notes: Tonka bean, vanilla, musk

FLANNEL:  Reminiscent of the popular bath fragrance. Cozy and warm, yet with a fresh, upbeat vibe. Not too masculine, not too sweet. Just like really good flannel - ready for anything. Top notes: citrus and greens. Middle notes: spicy rose, lavender, violet, jasmine.  Bottom notes: woods, musk, sweet vanilla, berry.

FOREST PINE: The fresh outdoors is captured with majestic Canadian fir nuanced with clove leaf, cashmere and cedarwood. Top note: orange.  Middle notes: clove, Canadian fir balsam, cashmere.  Bottom notes: tree sap, cedarwood.

LAVENDER: A bouquet of Lavender enhanced by a sprinkling of citrus, greens, and herbs, tied together with a soft musk, for a modern sin on this classic. Top notes: bergamot, lemon, and eucalyptus. Middle notes: camphor, clary sage, and rosemary. Base notes: patchouli, Tonka, and musk.

LEATHER: Leathery bouquet that smells like the inside of a saddle-shop! Top notes: Leather. Middle notes: Leather. Bottom notes: Leather.

PURE is unscented and undyed. Perfect for anyone that is sensitive to perfumes, as well as for the dining table where you'll want the aroma of your food to shine - not your candles.

Keep the Science Theme!

This candle goes perfectly with our science based theme in the kitchen. Matches well with our beaker salt an pepper shakers and whiskey glasses!
