The Premiere cover slip measures 24mm x 50mm and is made of #1 thickness (0.13 to 0.17mm) water white glass for image clarity. It fits standard 25 x 75mm slides (sold separately) and keeps specimens compressed to a layer of even thickness. The 1 ounce package is vacuum-wrapped to seal out moisture and contains approximately 63 cover slips. This glass cover slip is suitable for use in a variety of microscopic examination applications. This is a very good deal. The image shown is one of these 1 oz packs, but the cardboard box received has ten 1 oz packs.
These cover glasses are very clear. Theyre also long enough to cover from the frosted side all the way to the edge. I have had little breakage as well, Which is pretty common with coverslips. I got a big order of them and will definitely buy these again.

I've opened two packages and so far all the cover glass slips are dirty and require optical solution to get them clear. Bummer! Chas
