Is this made of QUALITY (soft) rubber?? My school had ordered from two chemical supply companies, and the "orange" bulbs are made of an inferior (hard) rubber that does not properly fit existing barnes bottles, they also drip when used b/c of a poor seal on the glass stem. They were made in India. An inferior product, cheaply made that does NOT work properly. We had to send both orders back. Now we are asking first and ordering second.
I understand your concern, there are a lot of different products out there. Ours are made in India, but have red bulbs that are made of semi-flexible rubber. The bulb, itself, is flexible, and the stopper ring below the bulb is firm. They are made by United Scientific, which has been a supplier of ours for years, consistantly producing quality educational scientific supplies.
