Works perfectly in my microbiology class
Beware The item I purchased was not the item that was sent to me. It was completely different something I have no need for

I have used this multiple times since getting it for wound swabs to help decide if something needs antibiotics. Works well, gram positive is purple, gram negative is pink. Just rinse your slides well at each step or iodine crystals form and ruin then slide. Product was well packaged and came with good instructions.
As described. Unlike many kits, this one includes a decent amount of decolorizer
As described with well written instructions for someone who is not familiar with the staining procedures.
